Everett Thompson,
Artist, fisherman, father/Member
Everett Thompson is an artist, fisherman, and single father. He lives in Naknek, Alaska, with his daughter, Lakota, our newest and youngest Member.
When he's not fishing, Everett enjoys doing traditional Alaskan Native artwork, and has won several statewide art competitions. His work has been featured at the Alaska Native Heritage Center, the Peabody Museum, and the Seward Visitor’s Center.
He also enjoys traveling with his daughter. During the 2005-2006 winter, they traveled to Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.
